Meromero Park Notice

Hello! I'm not sure if any of my readers play Meromero Park but since it's a Japanese virtual world/sns game (actually a subsidary of CyberAgent Inc.), I figured it'd be useful. I myself used to play and that's how I received the notice. Please keep reading if interested.

This is kind of sad because I have been waiting for the English version they promised for so long. :(

Thank You for making Meromero park a part of your daily life.
This is Meromero park's executive office administration.

Meromero Park has been in existence since 2007 (7yrs) but our services will be discontinued at the end of September 2012. Therefore, we will begin seizing service starting from  the Meromero blog parts/widgets, then the SNS portion, and lastly the online portion.

The company MicroAd has offered to maintain the service and we did consider accepting their offer. However, due to the rapid development of the internet and various support systems, our services has seen a great decrease in usage and it is predicted to continue. Therefore, we've made the decision to terminate our services.

Meromero termination schedule
08/31/2012: Stop accepting new membership and billing
09/30/2012: Termination of Meromero Park and blog parts

Users are able to log-in and use other Meromero Park services until the end of September. However, registration will be closed, and the selling of Kirarin will be discontinued at the end of August.

There are no refunds for the cancelling of Kirarin and charged items. Please note that if you have kirarin in your possession at the time of termination, we will grant refunds but only if notified in advance.

Regarding customers who have Kirarin: Please refer to the link below to confirm.

Regarding those who have used our blog parts/widgets: We apologize for the inconvenience but we ask that you please remove them yourself.

Regarding all the registration information we have received: All will be destroyed when the service has finally been terminated.

We want to thank those who have kindly given their patronage to Meromero Park up until now.
We will continue to provide satisfactory services through MicroAd Inc. and therefore please keep an eye on us.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Meromero Park's support center.
