You will need 16 vanilla beans to make 4 honey icecreams. Let's see how many materials is needed to receive 16 vanilla beans (equal to 32 stamps) at 100% drop rate (meaning every time you make the honey madeleine you receive a ticket):
Honey Comb: 96
Flour: 32
However, it is unlikely that you will be able to get a stamp every time. Therefore, if we take into consideration the 70% drop rate, it is more likely that you will need to collect 138 honey combs to complete the Pero quest and make 4 honey ice creams.
