She is located in the forest garden area. She is selling two types of vases

This one cost 75 watermelon petals and is a limited item. (Sold until 7/19)

This one cost 50 watermelon petals









Luckily if you have cleared the challenge you only have 25 petals to go until you can buy the 1st vase. This means harvest at least 4 petals a day!!
