I logged onto Pigg because they are having a special fishing event in the Amazon river area. Who passes up fish for their fish tank? Not I! I was preparing to be fishing for a couple hours because the previous fishing event was really difficult! I don't know if it was because it was the first day or if it was the area. The last fishing event was held in "小笠原 西灯台" and I hate that area with a passion! It took me like 3 months to complete that area! They are really stingy with their fish in that area.
I have yet to complete the Amazon River area (intermediate) as I have 1 more fish left to catch so I had the same assumptions. I started fishing and not even 30min in I had caught my first special fish! What I also like is this time you can receive the "special fish" food as a present AND special fish sometimes come to your normal bait. So in less than 1 hr I caught 3 special fish (3/6)!
Since I have more work to do I said I'll continue fishing another day. Hopefully I'll be able to get all the special fish in that area before time is up.
