Ten.Ten.:Bullyがとっても嫌いィィ～

I hate to break up the festive entries with a post like this but I can't help it. I went into the Japanese Park and to my horror saw the super Japanese bully. This time he took 5 of his self made picos and totally blocked and insulted an innocent bystander. 


This player has been banned before. His account was banned not his IP. This means he is able to create new accounts. He is up to his old ways and I feel helpless. All I can do is report his behavior to Ameba Pico and leave the rest up to them.


Part of me thinks it is hopeless...but if we keep trying, maybe he will leave for good. :\
