Ten.Ten. and hackers

You've probably seen here or there giant Picos around Picoland. This may seem cool and seem fun but it violates Ameba Pico's terms-of-use. Therefore, if you are caught and/or reported and action is taken, you will immediately lose your account and may even be subject to criminal liability. Which means you could be fined or even jailed. 


I know, I know, it's just a game. Well, these games are owned by companies and these companies take their products very seriously. They need to protect themselves as well as other players. 


I know a lot of people are willing to use cheats and illegal ways to obtain Ameba Gold. I've had many messages asking for gold and players offering me their account information. I will never accept any account information nor ask for it. However, there are a lot of players that WILL take your account information and use it however they please. 


You may not be the one asking for account information or sharing links but if you do happen to give your password away and/or download/accept such programs, you violate the TOS as well.

Easy ways to break the TOS

(For the sake of gold, gummies, and Casino Dollars)

1. Use any third-party software to modify any Software to change game play, including, but not limited to, cheats and/or hackers...
Growing your Pico avatar, software to obtain ninja quest boxes. inflating your favorites etc. These hacks/cheats were not created by the game company, which means you are installing another software to do these things. It may seem harmless but you agreed to their TOS, which means you have to abide by their rules.


2. Use or distribute “auto” software programs, “macro” software programs or other “cheat utility” software program or applications.
Auto clicking for the slots, Auto AFK-ing etc. To do these things require a macro software. Which when used in conjunction with Ameba Pico it immediately violates the TOS.


3. Exploit any bug in the Service or in any Company product to gain unfair advantage in a game or exploit it for commercial purposes.
Casino bugs, gift bugs (fixed) etc. These were all bugs. Many that were involved with the Casino bugs/cheats where banned but the gift bug was hard to detect and many used it. Next time however, I feel they will be harsher. So, Please be careful.


4. Sell, purchase, gift or exchange Service-related items for “real” money
I've recently seen someone buying ameba gold and selling it to those without credit cards/paypal. This is nice but it violates the TOS. I also think this falls into the category with Ameba Gold gifting for contests.This would require you to give your account information over to the person granting you your prize.




I think if we focused less on the currency aspect of the game and focused more on the social aspect, we'd be less inclined to cheat and steal. Until then, be careful. Please keep your account information confidential. I'll decline your request for me to give you gold but there are many people out there that won't! They'll take your account and run~~~! You won't have an account and they may never get caught. So, you'll end up losing in the end. 


Even though this might just be a game for you, to the company it is a way of living. They take these things seriously and I'd hate for you to lose your account just because you grew your character or auto AFK'd.
