I've been playing this game. It's literally brand new, only being released a few hours ago ^.^. It's called なでなでフワムー! It is by CyberAgent and it is an App. This means you need an Ameba account and a smartphone. It's a free app and it's also free to sign up for Ameba. If you play pigg or pigg-life then you will just use that login.
Basically, all you do is take care of the fur ball I posted. That is my pet named FuuFuu. LOL
You give it a name and basically like the title says you pet it. You get these points when you pet it and that allows you to buy food for it and clothing, accessories and cute stuff. You are also collecting actions. So far I have sit, sneeze, yawn and drool.
I almost died from the cuteness.
