Ten.Ten.'s thoughts on the Hot 30

Photobucket
I don't frequent the Hot 30 list. Instead I check the list about once a month or so. I'm never impressed really with any of the rooms but I've noticed a couple of things. This is for those who'd like a shot at being in the Hot 30!

The factors that make you a good candidate for getting into the Hot 30.

Please, don't be offended by anything I've written in the list. It's all for entertainment and for fun. Also following everything I've listed here...will not guarantee you a spot in the Hot 30...Just saying...)

1.  Gold Rich and Gacha Happy.
Buy any and everything released in Gacha. Marry Gacha because Gacha gives you more bang for your gold. You could buy a table for 120AG or get 2 tables for 100AG in Gacha.  Er...Point is... buy EVERYTHING gacha related.

2. One is never enough
You must have at least 3 rooms...filled to the brim with stuff. No theme requirement. Make sure you have 3: 16x16 rooms that are bursting at the seams with Pico merchandise. It could be gummie items, blocks, gold or casino items. In the end it really doesn't matter.

3. Mwommy Dearest
Cater to the less fortunate. Meaning the babies of Pico who have no home nor caretaker. Opening an adoption center will always get the favorites coming in. There seems to be an abundance of orphans in Pico. (Who would have thought?) Why don't you give them a temporary home until they can get a mwommy?

4. Room Service?
Hotels seem to be a huge hit with the Picos. Picos always have a reason for getting a room for the night 5 minutes. Why is everyone always traveling so far from their own homes anyway? Is it the love of fighting over a bed? Don't forget to hire workers or it's not a real "hotel". Also, you need beds...lots of beds...did I mention you're going to need beds?

5. How can I help you?
Be of service. Hey, I understand you not wanting to open a hotel or adoption center. Whether you have or want to create a salon, hospital, jail, restaurant, or school, don't worry. They are all potential Hot 30 rooms. The more chairs, tables, baths and jail cells the better. There's something about pretending your Pico is doing something in real life that players like.

6. You block head!!!
Have at least 1 realistic looking block sculpture. Show your artistic side. Build whatever you like; a house, stairs, flower, figurine, stage. Build it well, make it huge, and make it climbable. We like block sculptures *o*....

7. You're invited
Host events like your making money off of them. Try to have a lot of events and don't forget to tell people to favorite your room. I guess you could bribe them with delicious foods and you'll favorite back. Only if you want to. It can only help right? -Try to be sincere though...don't lie >.<.

8. Su Casa es Mi Casa
Be friendly and try not to be judgmental. Be welcoming to all Picos. Whether they are new, old, gold rich or not...try to stay away from excluding anyone from enjoying your room. Doesn't that make sense? The more people allowed in, the more favorites. Also, try not to tell Picos what they can or can't do. Just let them roam freely. It's not like they can steal anything. >.> Right?  On the hand, have rules to protect your guests. No bullying, No blocking. Simple.

9. Be yourself
Most of the Hot 30 room owners have a fashion style out of this world. *literally no one on earth would wear it*. I'm just kidding but really they put as much work into their appearance as they do to their rooms. Their unique style correlates with their unique rooms. Which is why they are in the Hot 30.  No two rooms or owners are exactly a like.

If you have what it takes to take on the Hot 30, I commend you. One of the perks I'd like that a hot 30 room owner has? It's not the amount of stuff, nor the favorites...it's not having to work for rings. ^.^

Goodluck...see ya in the Hot 30...maybe!
