I would have to say I am an avid blogger. I started my first blog in 2003-2004 and have been blogging ever since. I have a blog for everything, my bilingual blog which teaches English and Japanese, my Pigg blog which translates and notifies English Pigg players about what is going on in the Pigg world, and now I have a Pico blog.
I have been playing Pico for about 9 months now and I used to have a Japanese Pico blog but quickly let it go. I'm not very social so I don't have many Pico friends nor storied to share and so I was oblivious to the many wonderful Pico blogs out there.
Like many other bloggers I was searching for a bit of news or help on a Pico subject one day and the awesome PicoStyle blog popped up in the searches. I clicked on it and fell in love. The site is well designed, the owners articulate and well spoken and the content amusing yet helpful. Me being a mentor, tutor, always aiding, helping, and explaining immediately fell in love the informative posts.
As time went on I encountered a Scammer and knowing I could count on PicoStyle to post my e-mail or reiterate on the subject of scamming I took a chance and sent an e-mail to them. In a day or two I saw my post on their blog and soon after that I began to meet the wonderful authors and they were everything I thought they would be: helpful, friendly, and funny.
When I heard of PicoStyle closing I was sad of course but supported their decision secretly hoping they would pick up other individual or collaborative projects. In the meantime I had started my own blog as I find Pico lives very interesting while also hoping to be as informative or as helpful as PicoStyle. PicoStyle has inspired me and taught me that even the most trivial stories are worth sharing.
Thank You Picostyle.
